I booked this hotel from Ixigo app,full payment was also done, but when we reached there it was 9pm at night and they were saying that they don't have the booking, i have showed the booking message and everything,but they were saying that all rooms are filled,when i called ixigo and Cleartrip because the booking was done through clear trip, then after talking to the both side means clear trip and the hotel guy we came to know that the hotel guy dose not bother to drop a mail to Cleartrip that rooms are not available. Such a pathetic situation, pls better not to book this hotel.

Horribly maintained hotel

The hotel is horribly maintained. The staff cannot communicate well. The rooms not maintained well. The lobby was very noisy at odd hours like 1am and even at 5am. There was not hot water and no wifi. On telling the hotel staff, he either could not understand hindi/english/kannada or he refused to understand our problem. In the end the problem was not solved. To top it all, in the morning the roof of the room started to leak, with water dripping and the entire room was wet. Again no response from the staff when this was pointed out. The ceiling of room had peeling paint and was wet. I have pictures for proof. The washroom had no basin, just a tap and a bucket. Indian jail offer better facilities to prisoners.

We stayed here 1 night with friends to explore mysore before our drive to Ooty, great location - it is only 2 minutes walkable distance to church and 5 minutes drive to forum mall, very comfortable and worth money we spent. We hope to be back again on another weekend!

Hotel is just near to main bus stand. Service was good but the condition of room was not that nice. Rooms are small however affordable. Best thing is that they have bike hire service and also they assist you in roaming tourist places. They have a bus facility at very cheap price.

First ever bad review written, but felt compelled to do so. The tiny room had very little ventilation, and no window. There was a very strong smell of mould/damp, with damp patches all over the upper wall/ceiling and mould in the pillows. There was no sink, and the bathroom smelled of sewage. We checked in at 6am due to our bus arriving at that time, and when we asked about check out a few days later (the day before checkout) they said we had to check out at 6am as well, instead of the 12pm check out time. The young lad who checked us in was there, he was lying saying he told us about this stipulation, laughing at us, and the manager (the only one who could speak any English) was saying rather forcefully that if we didn't pay more money we would have to leave at 6am. The WORST service, and one of the worst rooms we have ever stayed in. Not worth the cheap price, there's cheaper and nicer places, where the staff actually have respect for their guests, and where you aren't breathing in mould as you sleep. AVOID!
